Question: if we turn off the user control
"will we be able to use all the softwares that was woking on XP....even driver softwares....

Answer: The answer is in the question itself.. just take it in the other sense...
"if you don't turn off the user control you wont be able to use any of your softwares that was working on XP.. even driver softwares.... "

Vista makes the system slow.

Ya, you will face problem if you are using vista in 512MB of RAM, because vista requires minimum 512MB of Ram to run and the recommended is 1GB. Also, graphics card is recommended for aero theme.

So, if you can upgrade your PC, do it or don't use heavy graphics i.e. use vista classic theme, off the gadget etc. set the pc for best performance.

About MT 882 Huwaii Router

You can use the LAN to connect to the MT882 router with vista.
The USB drivers are not supported by vista and huwaii has not updated the drivers for vista.

Note: Provided that you have a Ethernet Network Adapter and driver installed for that device.

Windows XP installation and Gaming Problem on Vista

Once you install Vista it wont let you install XP over it(for dual boot). You need to format Vista and then you can install XP and then you can install Vista over it(dual boot).

For all the gamers, none of your games will run on Vista.
What you can do:
1. Install a virtual PC on your vista.

But the problem with this is, you cannot install your drivers, so can't play heavy graphics games.

If you are thinking of using Speed Trade on vista than you are in a real problem
This software is a premature kind of software.. (a low quality software or not well developed or unprofessional)..

What you can do:

1. May be this software is developed in Java,
Windows Vista has Java version 1.6 and the software is developed using Java version 1.4.2 may be this is causing a problem.

to fix this remove the Java v1.6 first and then login to htttp:/www.sharekhan.com/speedtrade/login.aspx
and download the Sun Java, IE Patch 1,2 and DSClient and install them. (to restore java v1.6 back, you can download it from google, search for 'jre download')

2. Contact the Software Company that has developed it for Share Khan. They may give you support..

3. If finally everything fails..
The last alternative that will surely work..
format your PC remove Vista and install XP until an updated version
